Finding Passion at a Young Age which has Fueled Her Desire to Help Others

"Since I was 5 I was always playing sports. Gymnastics, tennis, soccer, basketball, swimming and softball. With every sport I played I could feel the demand they had on my body. That’s why it wasn’t surprising that I would experience extreme pain when I was the catcher for a traveling girls softball team. When you are so young, 14, fear is an automatic response because you do not know any better. Ready to Move Forward?

If your training feels inconsistent, pain keeps resurfacing, or you’re unsure how to progress without breaking down, the next step isn’t another random exercise or quick fix.

It’s understanding how you move, where your imbalances are, and how to train your body more efficiently — so strength, performance, and resilience actually carry over to real life and sport.

Whether that starts with coaching, an educational guide, or gait analysis, the goal is the same: clarity, confidence, and long-term progress.
