It was during her graduate internship where Dr Heather realized it wasn’t about the actual chiropractic adjustment, but the inclusion of corrective exercise and rehab techniques specific to each person's condition that allowed her to help heal her patients faster.

It’s why her signature online program has been so successful in helping thousands of people internationally in becoming pain free and getting back to the activity they love most in under a 3-week period.
When she’s not working, she is out running with her beloved rescue dog Cab (short for Cabernet). You’ll often find her helping her local running store by providing free education and aid to their members.
