This is a 30 min video assessment session with Dr. Heather where she will breakdown your gait to help give you more insight into WHY you are experiencing pain and what things you can change to help resolve those pain symptoms.
Video Functional Movement Screening
This is a 30 min video assessment session with Dr. Heather where she will go over specific movement patterns ie. squat, lunge, pushup, plank to address your muscle imbalances. This is a key factor in helping you become pain free in under a 3-week period.
